hi doctor mere baby ne kalse potty nh ki hai wo 4 week ka h usko gas bhi ban raha h pls help jisse aram ho jaye use

A. this is very normal thing which should not be worried for but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so a proper examination can be done just to rule out any other possibility . b..

Give Himalaya bonnisan To your child it will help in releasing the gas out of the system and will also help your child passing a motion it is very common for the kids for not passing motion for some days but as of now would advise you to give this medicine and if required you can always consult your doctor for that
