A. Hi, 8 AM-ragi porridge 11 PM-any vegetable purée 1 PM-rice and dal porridge 4 PM-any fruit purée 7 PM-plain Upma. With this you can give lukewarm water and Dal water. Avoid salt, sugar, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk, honey until baby completes one year.Write Your Answer Here
