Hi doctor, medicine for removing wax from 3monyhd old baby.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you have to clean the ears of the child only externally with cotton cloth.
do not use anything like earbuds to clean the internal ear.
this will only do more harm as wax will get impacted inside deep and will ccause more problem.
if you feel that the child is having some problems in the internal ear then kindly meet your doctor for examination.
if the child is having wax problem and not improving with drops you have to get it removed with the help of your ent doctor.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxkjuiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .
