Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age .
Earlier introduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract.
It's also deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid.
It's also lacking ideal proportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk
but after one year of age you can start with cow's milk first and gradually you can give buffalo milk.

Both are good. U can give any of these to ur baby. Restrict milk to 400 - 500 ml in a day. Also give dairy products like paneer curd cheese etc to ur baby rich in calcium. Take care
