if your child is not sick then the other various reasons for loss of appetite could be that child is bored of the type of food. so offer different food groups in the form of interesting recipes.
change in routine or other stressful event. look for this and try to make the child as comfortable as possible. spend time with the child. also involve in helping you out in kitchen, for example getting things.
encourage Meal time along with family.
lack of appetite due to hot weather. so include green leafy vegetables, fruits ,salad, buttermilk and Hing , jeera, mint for appetite.
