Hi Doctor, kindly help me with a natural solution my baby is suffering from severe constipation, when she tries to poop by her energy she is unable to.. and she scream.. Please help me what to do.. She is 8 month old and i m. giving her wheat spplecherry cerelac and nan pro.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Infant commonly become constipated when they start eat foods that their bodies cannot yet digest properly..
So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food.
Add veggies n fruits in weaning food.
Give sips of water after giving solids.
also give few spoon of prune juice
