hi doctor kindly guide my twin babies are of 15 months old after completion of their one year I have started giving cow milk daily is that ok to continue.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or any packet milk. No problem. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Good luck and take care.
