Hi doctor,, kindly advise the basic needs to be followed to avoid the cold, cough, and fever in childrens from 4 months to 1 year. Thanks in advance.

A. hi first of all ,to avoid any viral or bacterial infections ,it is best to give breasfeeding . It contains antibodies which protect your child from such infections. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. give massage to your child everyday which help to strengthen your child immunity. give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day. get your child Vaccinated on time . maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
