hi doctor im a breast feeding mother of 5months old baby i need to check do i need to take any vitamins and how long i need to take also after delivery i have gum issues

A. hi mam, ideally it is advisable to take such supplements till after 6 months of delivery. so , please take iron and calcium supplements as per your doctor's suggestions. take Healthy and nutritious diet.
