hi doctor Ievery month I got my period on 6th march also 6th but today also I get my period what the reason for single month I got twice is there any pbm I m trying for pregnancy

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
