Hello mom because of the phelum she is facing the issue , so give her warm things only and don’t force her , warm water , vegetable soups etc z You can make a juice with small onions and and add some honey to it .. and give him a few tsp inbetween she is comfortable taking it .. also consult the doctor if nebulisation is required as it would be helpful
