Q.
Hi doctor I'm currently 31weeks pregnant... yesterday I went to hospital for general check up.. my gynec said that my baby is little small at this time.. I have gained my weight around 10 kgs.. and I'm very much worried about what my doctor said... please help me out.

Dr. currently I'm at my mother's place and my daughter is of 8 months, the issue I'm facing here is of vaccination. till now My daughter is given private vaccine at the hospital but here only govt. vaccine is available and i don't want to switch to govt. one and her next vaccine is on 12th april which is on 9 month includes "Polio oral drop, MMR 1 and Typhoid conjugate vaccine" kindly suggest me the brand of these vaccines so that i can arrange it till the time of vaccination or ask drug shop dealer to make it available and bring it for me

Consider trying these diet changes to gain weight more slowly: Eat the appropriate portion size and avoid second helpings.Choose low-fat dairy products.Exercise; consider walking or swimming on most if not all days.Use low-fat cooking methods.Limit sweets and high-calorie snacks.Limit sweet and sugary drinks.
