hi doctor?, I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I am having a lot of craving to eat cumin seed since 5 months. and I ate lots of cumin seed and funnel seed.is it harmful for baby? please help me...I'm very tensed.

A. you can take cumin.. no worries. eat well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. . . ... . .

A. Cumin has been used by some cultures as a substance to trigger miscarriage, so women that are pregnant or trying to become pregnant should keep that in mind. Cumin is very safe to take even in large doses. Some evidence has been found that it can suppress testosterone levels in men and may also trigger miscarriage.
