Dear mum, for your 18 months old son, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food.
Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.

You can give eggs if preferred, dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes, milk and products such as ghee , panner , millets , seasonal fruits and vegetables , stuff paranthas, soya and products
