Q.

Hi Doctor, I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out to discuss some concerns I have regarding my baby's recent transition from formula milk (Nan Pro) to cow milk. Since switching to cow milk, my baby has been experiencing very hard constipation, with bowel movements resembling hard nuts. Additionally, she has been experiencing vomiting episodes, and it often takes her 2-3 days to have a bowel movement. I'm quite worried about these symptoms and would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to address them ok

A. change back to formula milk the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving . (when you boil the animal milk and then cool it you can remove the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk)
