Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello there ma'am if you have tking a iron suppliment and giving breastfeeding to your baby then sometimes it happen or if ba y is having any iron syrup then it may happen and if iron syrup is not taking with both of you then you should consult with your doctor in person. take care
