hi doctor..I have gerd cough..is this gerd cough is permanent? please suggest

Author of questionMom of a 5 yr old boy4 years agoA. I was hospitalized for having breathing issue in the mid nights and severe cough in the last year, now I don't have breathing issue but I always have cough not too severe but I have it daily..so is this permanent?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your question is related to your health problem l GERD then you may get a coughs but unless your GERD is treated first with antiacid and anti emetic drugs
