Hi Doctor i have a question can we give a small quantity of limca to kids daily ..it is safe

A. hi mom u should not give limca or any other carbonated drinks to ur child as they contain preservatives and high amounts of sugar .. u can give lemon water daily

A. the age of your baby is more than 2 years in those babies it is always advisable to give only naturally available drinks like coconut water buttermilk etc aerated drinks are not advisable in small children
