Hi doctor, I have a question about my eight month old daughter whether i can start her giving biscuits in snacks? Her solids already started.. and which biscuits i can prefer for her

A. As biscuits are easy to chew and swallow, most of the parents prefer to give it to the babies. But as these are made up of refined flour and sugar, it is not a healthy options for still emerging teeth and overall health. Instead, give other finger foods to develop chewing habits.
