Hi doctor… I have a baby girl of 2 year 1 month… my daughter had a problem of constipation since 20 days… I consulted with doctors… but my daughter does feel relaxed as she has so so much pain during poti time …she cries a lot Please suggest me anything to make her came out of this situation

A. Apply some oil or something when the child is about to excrete plus I’m just going to advise you that you should make sure to give plenty of fluids and fibres into the diet of your child you can also apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and make sure to give water which is warm first thing in the morning
