hi doctor I have 6 months old baby ,now my breast sizes are changing their shapes meansone is big and small

A. Hi mommy It’s all normal and common No need to worry do breast sagging exercise Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
