Q.

Hi doctor, I delivered a twin babies and they are 1.3 years old, please suggest if I can give them cow milk?? and I am giving them zincovit ,ultra d3 and trifer ,should I continue with the drops for next 6 months?? thanks in advance

A. after one year of a you can definitely start with the cow's milk also give a full diet containing all types of nutrients to the child for any kind of supplement it is better to consult a doctor
