In thyroid most important thing is to have thyroid medicine 1st thing in the morning and do not take anything for 30 mins after that except plain water
After that u can have dhaniya water ( soak dry dhaniya seeds overnight and have it in morning )
Replace wheat with rice, ragi, oats
Increase salad, vegetable and fruit intake
Have small and frequent meals meals
Start your meal with salad
Include chia seeds in your routine diet
Avoid cabbage, cauliflower, radish, broccoli, peanuts, soya in thyroid
Also restrict strictly namkeen, achar, papad, suagr, bakery products
Water 2-3 litr per day
Physical activity 45 everyday will help more
