Hi Doctor, i am suffering from vaginal infection and my gyne prescribed me betadin vaginal pessaries. i just want to know that should i need to wet the tablet before inserting in the vagina or without water i can insert?.

A. You can insert as such and just readon it as itis always mentioned on it about how to use it and maintain good hygiene use cotton panties and avoid too tight clothing

A. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash and dry your vaginal area. Lie on your back and gently insert the pessary into the vagina as high as possible with or without the use of an applicator as mentioned in the label.
