hi doctor I am suffering from dengue it's my 7 th day and I am having stomach restlessness but no pain and severe headache. platlets count are now improving. can you pls tell doctor why it is happening?

A. this is due to post viral illness and it will purchased for 3 to 4 days and it is important to drink plenty of water for improvement and take all the medicines given by a doctor
