AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Breast mein tightness breast milk ki wajah se ho rhi hai.. Ye breast engorgement hai. Aap apne baby ko feed karwaye. Baby milk suck krega to tightness, hardness sab theek ho jayega... Take care
