Hi doctor I am mother of 4.7 year old suffering from urine infection doctor prescribe urispas and citralka syrup and suggest for urine culture however now I have fever can I take paracetamol 500 I have taken uripas at 7:pm today and citralka 30min before

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. yes can take it is important to follow the instructions and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor. take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification
