Q.

hi Doctor, I am breastfeeding my baby exclusively from around 2- 2.5 month. and now he is 3.5 month. His weight gain is 500gms from last month i.e. On 16th Mar. - he was 5.5 kgs and today on 13th April he is around 6 kgs. is this weight gain normal or less ? Should we complement his feeding with formula feed also ?
