Hi Doctor I am Bargavi and age is 31. I have PCOD problem since 7yrs. I am on tab. Duphaston 10mg from 3yrs. on my first day of period bleeding is null and spotting in 24hrs. and spotting color is brown. So, can I know the reason for that symptom. Can I know is it a problem in my system.

A. try to lose weight. see regular workout is important. start slow and don't over do. walk, swimming, gym all are effective but consistently doing is the key to lose weight.
