Hi doctor , I am a mother of twin baby 1 and 4 months old, I m doing breastfeeding , I am suffering from throat pain and dry cough and mild cold which medicine I can take since I am a feeding mother .

A. Hi parent Take a two spoons of Lukewarm water every half an hour in day time Take sunbath daily with head and ears covered. Don't use chilled water Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take easy to digest food
