Hi Doctor.. I am a mother of 2yrs boy And he is suffering from cough and runny nose since last 1week I have gave him a Moxifast and Alocet-Xl but the result is not satisfying.. please gave same beat solution.. thank you. .

meri beti 2 years ki hi.. or vo meetha bahut khati ho ... vo kuch dino se apne teeth se awaj (kitkitate wali) nikal rhi hi or uska khana bi half ho gya hi jaise pehle 1 chaptati khati ti vo ab half kha rhi hi... islye mene use bandyplus syrup di ti.. ye dawai thik hi ...kya

Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

Cold and cough can take 3-9 days to get cured completely. So no need to worry. Continue to give medicine prescribed by the doctor. Also give Steam inhalation to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. This will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion.
Also apply vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
