Q.

Hi doctor I am a mother of 14 months baby.. I am a working woman..I am unable to loss my weight .. currently I'm 76 kg which is not good for me..But I have no time to maintain my diet and work out as I live with my husband he also a employee..so should I do intermittent fasting.. as I breastfeeding my baby...please suggest me
