Hi doctor, I am a breastfeeding mother can I take B-complex medicine to reduce overheat. Is it safe to take B-complex for breastfeeding mother?

Shreya MitraMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy6 years agoA. Has this heat problem been discussed with a doctor ? B complex vitamins do no harm to breastfeeding moms but you must see a doctor to know your dosage now depending upon your deficiency. Do a blood test to confirm the figures
