Hi Doctor, i am a bf mom of 3 months baby. Need your recommendation for Calcium and Iron tablets.Can I take Calicimax Forte.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. hi yes breastfeeding mother should take calcium supplements for at least 6 month or till the time she is breastfeeding her baby. iron supplements should be taken at least three months after delivery
