Hi Doctor I am a 36 year old mother I had a doubt for myself currently I have got fever so I am taking azithromycin 500 mg for three days so if the fever does not reduce I do have a doubt ...should I continue with the azithromycin for five days or should I take the combination drug of amoxicillin and clavullinic acid... which will be the better option as for your thoughts

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. don't change antibiotics like this, better to complete the course of Azithromyin. fir further advice, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. tc
