hi Doctor I am 7weeks pregnant and entered 8th week of my pregnancy.In the last scan 7th week of pregnancy no heat beat found but doctor asked me to come for scan after 10days.Is there any scope for heart beat in the 8th week of pregnancy.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Usually the fetal heart should be visible by six weeks of pregnancy and an absent fetal heart by seven weeks is a bad sign. Sometimes doctors ask you to come after a few days to see if there are any wrong dates and the fetal heart didn’t come until then.Write Your Answer Here
