Hi doctor, I am 32 years old. I am suffering from sore and cracked nipples from last 1and a half month. I have taken medicines also but it didn't work. Now I'm using nipple healer shields but it also not so much helpful in recovery. Nipples become so sensitive that it become hard after every minute and cause pain. Please help me with best solution.
