Q.

Hi doctor I am 10 w 3 d pregnant and doctor is suspicious of nucal cystic hygroma and advise for next ultrasound after 2 weeks What should I do for well being of my baby and How can I treat it

A. Cystic hygromas cannot be treated while the baby is still in the womb. Following birth, the baby will be monitored closely to ensure that they can breathe normally. Small cystic hygromas can disappear by themselves, but the majority of these cysts grow to be very big, sometimes larger than the baby's head.

A. It’s difficult to say anything as of now it would be advisable that you get checked then follow the advice of your doctor get a checkup done after two weeks as your doctor has aligned and what is needed to be done they will advise you accordingly
