please try cool pack on it
for that
take a clean Cotton clothe,place an ice cube in it ,make pouch of it then gently Pat it on the injected area , repeat it every 2 hours
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene
