Hi doctor good mrng!!! we had taken vaccination for my child whose s 1year 3months 20days old while v visited doctor had prescribed iron syrup tonoferon (0.5ml mrng nd night ) as iron content was a bit less after having the syrup from 2days her food intake has been reduced. she s active but intake has reduced is it common when taking iron syrup r is it due to some problem she s not eating properly i m confused nd worried please guide me TIA
