hi doctor good morning My son 7 months old since yesterday onwards he is getting fever after 4 hours. I gave him paracetamol paediatric oral suspension, but still it continues. so what should I do now?

A. good morning it is advisable to try to get in touch with your doctor he would be able to guide you better regarding the best course of action because it might be that the child is having some sort of infection
