kindly mention the dietary intake of the child, as of now the child should be consuming all regular family foods as such would be ideal.
include foods such as ghee, panner, milk, dals, lobia, chana, eggs, chicken , nuts and seeds etc
shashiMom of a 2 yr 3 m old boy1 month agoA. Add one teaspoon spoon desi ghee (clarified butter) twice lll either in sabji or khichdi pr rice etc..
Add banana in diet chart.
Roasted makhana kheer is also very good option for weight gain (roast makhana and dry fruits, chana, sabudaana makhe powder in mixer then store it and serve with milk or water).
In winter besan, nariyan and dry fruits ladoo is very good option..that works for me.. sooji kheer, vegitable khichdi, give atleast two proper meal and 1 snacks time(seasonal fruits, ladoo, roasted makhana,chana etc)
Cow milk..
