hi doctor good evening my son is. three and half years old he has cold cough and fever can I give him alkof junior syrup and augmed228.5 syrup if not pls suggest me any other syrup or home remedy

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. if your baby is having cold and cough you can give alkof to the baby it's not advisable to give antibiotics unless there is secondary infection . . . . .
