hi doctor good afternoon, my daughter was 2 months 20days old. yesterday she got her vaccine, today she was not at all sleeping from mrng and her foot and palm where too cool is it's nrml? pls suggest me.

when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
