hi doctor garu, my kid suffering from fever and stomach pain last night iam giving paracetamol/meftal ...he is shivering now please suggest me a medication for stomach ache

A. first of all it is very important to find out the reason why baby is having stomach pain if baby is shivering it can be because of your better to consult a doctor
