hi doctor, from morning onwards my eyes and head is roaming,what is the issue for this.

A. If you feel that your mind is spinning or you feel that kind of a situation or also if you’re feeling nauseous then it’s probably due to dehydration try to consume good amount of water and take rest maintain proper hydration by having plenty of fluid and please consult your doctor for further assessment and assistance
