hi doctor from last month I have cold and cough I take antibiotics but all in vain I take axithromysin also. now I have dry cough and during night (sore throat and cold becomes worse plz suggest some remedies

You should not take any sort of medication till it is not advised by doctors because all the medication or not considered safe while being a lactating mother
