Q.

Hi doctor, For how long i can use fluticasone nasal spray for Nasal discomfort caused by DNS and polyp in 2.7 year old baby. Also does this medicine reduces polyp size?

A. it is normally continued for one month and then the doctor will evaluate if there is any advantage to the child and then it may be continued in maintenance dosage till 6 month

A. Would be suggested by your doctor because if you’re just using a nasal spray for opening the nasal passage then maybe 5 to 6 days but if it is another kind of spray that you’re using which has been suggested by a doctor then they only can suggest you as for how long can you use it
