Q.

hi doctor. even though I completed 13 months of c-section still I'm not getting periods. is this normal?? should I consult doctor??

A. no uts ok. will settle. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toobest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
