do not worry sometimes during feeding it can happen that baby may cough as baby may have swallowed too quickly
burp baby after every feed

If any of these things happening only during the time of feeding then it indicates that you’re feeding posture is not correct you need to make it proper when you are feeding the child and if it is happening throughout the time even without feeding then it is a genuine congestion Ajay
